La défense de la Belgique à la frontière. L'avis d'une population directement menacée.

A.-M. WEGNEZ

The Defence Of Belgium At Its Boundaries The Opinion Of A Directly Involved Population: The military reforms introduced on the eve of the first world war proved ineffective because they had been brought about too late. The Luxemburg Question at the Paris Peace Conference and after.

S. MARKS

The Luxemburg Question At The Paris Peace Conference And After: Historians have closely studied most aspects of the west European settlement in 1919 but have overlooked one piece of the puzzle. The British and American delegations fully supported the Belgian desire for an economic union with Luxemburg and consistently opposed French policy and propaganda in the Grand Duchy.
